What is it?

This product is the basic account for all NMB's business customers and replaces the former Biashara account and current account. Customers can use the NMB business account for payments, withdrawals, transfers and deposits. It also offers several important features such as ATM cards and cheques.

NMB customers can access our nationwide network with their Business Account. In addition, your customers can make deposits into your account easily, wherever in Tanzania they may be.

The business account also gives you access to the NMB overdraft facility, for which you can apply separately

For whom?

The NMB business account is for all business customers, whether they are small or large businesses. One size fits all.

How to buy?

The business account can be opened by any company.

If you are not yet an NMB customer, you are required to bring:

• 2 passport photographs of authorised signatories
• 2 references (from NMB Customers)
• An opening balance of TZS 100,000

The minimum age for applicants is 18 years.
