NMB provides financial services to the Government,its employees and pensioners.
As a result of the long standing relationship, NMB has established a separate department to serve the Tanzanian Government,it's agencies and affliated institutions.

Special Account for Government Employees

Salary Account is a payroll service provided to Government employees by our NMB branches in the country. With our extensive network of over 135 branches countrywide,Government employees have easy access to funds whenever they wish, and throughout Tanzania. NMB Salary Alert provides salary credit information to salaried customers who have their salary deposited in their NMB account. NMB has implemented an ATM service that enables Government employees to have 24 hour service through the NMB ATM network.

NMB established special account for pensioner, registered under Government Pension Register with specific intention of catering for banking need for this particular segment.
