TIGO and Zantel Customers now can join NMB mobile!!!!
NMB has today achieved another milestone by including Tigo and Zantel customers to enjoy NMB mobile services. Before today, NMB mobile worked with all of our customers who have a mobile phone number with either Vodacom or Zain.
NMB mobile has continued to revolutionize the way customers access their account, and initiate banking transactions from the comfort of their home or anywhere else in the country. As it is marked to celebrate its 1st birthday on 21st July, NMB mobile has attracted over 250,000 customers all over Tanzania.
With Tigo and Zantel onboard, a wide range of NMB customers will enjoy using NMB mobile services that have allowed customer to make transfers from one account to another, purchase airtime top-up vouchers, purchase LUKU and check account balance.

At the same event, NMB unveiled new short code for accessing NMB mobile services. Short code for NMB mobile has changed from previous *155* to *150*. Therefore customers should dial *150*66*123# to join NMB mobile, FREE of charge. And for using NMB mobile services from now on it is *150*66#. The code change is implementation of TCRA directive that has reserved *150* for banking services.
With all key mobile networks onboard- Tigo, Zantel, Vodacom and Zain, NMB has continued to be the leading bank in Tanzania that brings banking even closer to all Tanzanians.
