General requirement you need to qualify for the loan
- Account with NMB bank
- A duly signed and completed application form
- Three passport size photographs
- Copy of passport or voter's ID or employment ID
- Sale agreement duly signed by both parties and witnessed by a lawyer
- Certified copy of title deed of the property to be purchased with minimum lease term of 33 years
- Property valuation report from NMB bank’s approved valuers
- For customers buying National Housing Corporation houses, Offer letter issued by NHC will be considered for loan processing
Specific requirement for an employee to qualify for the loan
- Salary slip for the last 3 months
- Bank statements for the latest 3 months for non NMB customers
- Employer introductory letter confirming employment contract and status
Specific requirement for businessmen/professional to qualify for the loan
- Bank statements for the last 24 months for non NMB customers
- Financial statements to validate sources of revenues i.e. Audited Accounts for the past 2 years and cash flow projections.
- TIN number
- Certificate of registration
- Business License
